India is one of the world's largest producers of sugarcane. Every harvest season, millions of tons of fibrous stalk residue (bagasse) remain after sugar extraction. Historically, much of this abundant biomass was incinerated in industrial boilers or left in open fields, creating air pollution and particulate emissions.
Millenize Impex LLP was created to turn this challenge into an environmental and economic asset. By utilizing high-pressure hydraulic thermo-molding technology, we convert clean, reclaimed bagasse fibers into heavy-duty dining plates, takeaway containers, and soup bowls that replace single-use plastics and tree-pulp paper.
Our manufacturing facilities are proximate to two of India's largest deep-water export ports—Mundra Port and Nhava Sheva (JNPT)—allowing us to deliver expedited ocean freight connections to the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas with optimal logistics economics.
