Quality That Matches Your Exact Commercial Requirements
We implement comprehensive multi-stage testing protocols from raw agricultural sugarcane fiber slurry to final ocean container sealing, ensuring zero batch variation and full international food-contact safety.
Our 6-Stage Export Quality Control System
Tightly monitored physical, dimensional, and chemical inspections across the production floor.
Raw Fiber & Sugar Residue Inspection
Incoming bagasse batches are hydraulically washed and chemically tested for zero residual sugar, neutral pH, and optimal cellulose fiber length.
Slurry Consistency & Thermoforming Controls
Fiber slurry density is automated at 1.2% solid content. Tooling dies are maintained at 200°C ± 5°C with hydraulic pressures monitored via digital sensors.
Dimensional & Weight Tolerance Testing
Every hourly production run is sampled using digital calipers and micro-scales to verify unit weight within ±0.5g and rim flatness for uniform lid fitting.
Hot Oil & Liquid Holdout Testing
Samples are filled with boiling water (100°C) and hot cooking oil (120°C) for 30 minutes to verify zero absorption, leakage, or structural softness.
UV Sanitization & Optical Scanning
Formed products pass under enclosed UV germicidal lamps for surface disinfection, followed by optical sensors to catch any discoloration or micro-burrs.
Moisture-Barrier Packing Inspection
Export cartons are packed in heavy poly-sleeves with humidity indicators, sealed with water-resistant strapping and edge protectors for ocean transit.
Tailored Buyer Quality Specifications
We accommodate buyer-specific quality inspection protocols and pre-shipment third-party inspections:
- Buyer-appointed SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas pre-shipment factory audits
- Custom tolerance requirements for automated filling lines and denesting machines
- Custom color variations: natural unbleached golden beige vs. natural white pulp
Documentation & Inspection Reports
Every container shipment includes verified batch documentation:
- Factory Batch Quality Inspection Certificate (Certificate of Analysis)
- Food Contact Safety Declaration (FDA 21 CFR & EU Framework Regulation 1935/2004)
- PFAS-Free / Total Fluorine laboratory analysis report
