Commercial Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Quotations

All price quotations issued by Millenize Impex LLP are formal business-to-business proforma quotations. Quotations remain valid for the period stipulated on the proforma invoice (typically 14 to 30 days), subject to ocean freight market fluctuations and raw material fiber adjustments.

2. International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020)

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, export transactions are conducted under standard Incoterms 2020:

• FOB (Free On Board): Risk passes to the buyer once goods pass the ship's rail at Mundra (INMUN1) or Nhava Sheva (INNSA1).
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Millenize Impex LLP covers ocean freight and marine cargo insurance to the buyer's designated discharge seaport.

3. Manufacturing Tolerances & Product Samples

Molded fiber tableware is manufactured from 100% natural unbleached sugarcane bagasse. Slight natural variations in unbleached beige tint, surface texture, and fiber grain are inherent characteristics of plant-derived materials. Standard dimensional tolerances of ±1.5mm and weight tolerances of ±5% apply per batch.

4. Inspection & Claims

Buyers are entitled to appoint accredited independent inspection agencies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) prior to container loading at factory premises. Any claims concerning outer carton damage or transit discrepancies must be notified within 14 calendar days of container destuffing at destination warehouse with photographic evidence.
